• Advertising — to serve you targeted advertisements on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and other advertising platforms using your data and behavioural signals
• Analytics and improvement — to understand how our platform is used and to improve our services
• Legal compliance — to comply with our obligations under applicable Australian law
• Commercial purposes — including sharing and selling data to partners as described in Section 5

Sharing & Selling Your Data

Tradie & Service Partners

We provide your name, email address, phone number, location, and project details to licensed trade service providers (tradies) who are seeking to offer quotes and services relevant to your request. These partners may contact you directly by phone, SMS, or email.

Advertisers & Lead Buyers

We may sell or license your personal information — including your name, email, phone number, and location — to third-party advertisers and lead buyers who offer products or services that may be relevant to your home improvement, renovation, or trade service needs. These parties operate under their own privacy policies and may contact you independently.

Advertising & Technology Platforms

We share data with advertising technology providers including Meta Platforms, Google LLC, and others (see Section 6) for the purposes of targeted advertising, audience matching, and campaign analytics.

Service Providers

We engage third-party service providers to assist with operating our platform, including web hosting, CRM, email delivery, SMS platforms, and analytics. These providers access your data only as needed to perform services on our behalf and are bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations.

• Automated telephone calls or prerecorded voice messages from OnlyLegends.me or parties acting on our behalf
• Direct outreach from tradie partners or advertisers who have received your details

Consent is not a condition of service. You may request a quote and use our platform without consenting to marketing communications, however your contact details will still be shared with tradie partners in order to fulfil your service request.

Opting Out

You may opt out of marketing communications from OnlyLegends.me at any time by:

• Clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send you
• Replying STOP to any SMS message
• Contacting us directly at info@onlylegends.me

Please note that opting out from OnlyLegends.me communications does not automatically opt you out from communications sent by third-party partners who have independently received your details. You will need to contact those parties separately.
